Circular economy analyst
Ellen MacArthur Foundation
Ella Jamsin studied theoretical physics and completed a PhD thesis exploring the hidden symmetries of black holes in higher-dimensional universes, before working as a consultant at McKinsey & Company.
She then joined the Ellen MacArthur Foundation – whose mission is to accelerate the transition to a circular economy. The charity pursues its goal by acting in three areas: education, business and analysis.
Drawing on her business background and her geometrical thinking, Ella takes part in developing the circular economy model and creating tools for companies and governments keen to bring it to life.
